Large-scale translation projects demand collaboration and oversight, often among multiple contractors or local experts. I will take on the role of project lead, handling recruitment, coordination, task management, and quality control throughout the project cycle.

I organize schedules, hire the needed workforce, delegate key tasks, and ensure that every project component is adequately addressed and delivered on time.
